Stefano Piedmontero, Governor by day and mad alchemist by night.
2nd character design for my Character Design class final project. This character is a governor of a town that was heavily infected by the plague, being born into a rich and powerful family that gained their power from practicing magic(white magic) he knows that the cause of the plague is something or someone malicious and he has to deal with them to protect his people. The right design is what I chose for my final project.
